If you are experiencing an emergency with your property out of office hours, such as a gas or water leak, please call PPL immediately and leave a voicemail with your property address, name and phone number. We will phone you back as soon as possible.
GAS ESCAPE
If you smell gas or your carbon monoxide detector sounds continuously, please call Scottish Gas Network (SGN) immediately on: 0800 111 999
HEATING, HOT WATER AND PLUMBING
Please check that the pressure on your boiler is topped up and sits between the 1.5 and 2 bar. You can find information on how to do this on Google and YouTube. Whilst an engineer may be able to attend and attempt to resolve the problem, there may be a delay in obtaining parts depending on when the call out occurs.

ELECTRICAL ISSUES
Please check your fuse board and make sure no fuse has tripped the system. Please also check with neighbours to ascertain that there has not been a full outage in the area.

If the problem appears to be in your property only and is causing immediate concern, please contact our electrician who may be able to attend and attempt to resolve the problem.

LOCKSMITH
If the lock to your property has broken and you are unable to gain entry or you are unable to secure your property, please contact our locksmith. If you have lost your keys and are unable to make other arrangements until our office opens, the locksmith will be able to attend but you will be held liable for the cost of the call out and any parts required.

JOINER
If there is a broken window pane, a window is not secure or there is a problem with your front door, please contact our emergency joiner who may be able to attend and attempt to resolve the situation.
