Propertymark Client Money Protection

As an ARLA member, Professional Property Letting are part of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme, ensuring tenants’ and landlords’ funds are protected at all times. ARLA Propertymark is the leading membership body for letting agents and its members must always operate to the highest of standards, going above their legal obligations to support their clients. Being a member of ARLA means we must follow a strict code of practice, keeping up to date with legislation and offering a professional service to all our landlords, tenants and investors.

At PPL we work hard to be one of the best letting agents in Edinburgh, The Lothians and Fife, excelling at what we do and always putting our clients first.

Letting Protection For Your
Peace Of Mind

The Client Money Protection Scheme came into force on 1st April 2019 and provides both landlords and tenants with the reassurance that rents, deposits and any other client funds are protected. This means that as a PPL tenant or landlord, you can rest assured that your money is always safe. The Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme is in place to safeguard our landlords and tenants and provide safe transactions and money management to all our clients.

At PPL we also go the extra mile and make sure that all of our team have achieved their Level 6 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland) and are also a member of ARLA. Our employees all undergo regular training to ensure they are the best in their fields and up to date with current practices.
